At Alvin Art and Drafting Supplies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your creative tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your drafting tools or art supplies in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
